You are being invited to take part in a study on the Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRe) profile, conducted as part of a PhD project funded by Swansea University scholarship, supervised by Prof. Sue Jordan, Prof. David Hughes, and Dr. Adam Turner. The ADRe Profile is an instrument that a nurse or carer can use to recognise any problems or signs and symptoms patients may have that may relate to adverse effects of prescribed medicines. At this early stage, we are interested in your expert opinion as a medical/healthcare professional on how relevant you think the questions in the ADRe Profile are in relation to medicines management.
